Eric Cotten
Having a deep love for aviation since childhood, Eric started M.A.P Drones as a passion project that turned into a thriving business. With 15 years in the service industry, extensive remote pilot flight hours and carrying his private pilots license in manned aviation, Eric will bring your project vision to life with attention to detail, safety, planning and adding creative ideas to yours.

Eric resides in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains with his wife and 5 kids. In his “free” time Eric can be found leisurely flying a Cessna around central VA, playing with his kids, hiking or playing basketball.

Wyatt Corle
With 4 years in the survey industry along with extensive UAV flight time and development, Wyatt is invaluable in the hardware, software and operations at M.A.P. With a certificate in Geospatial Information and Positioning he enjoys the challenge of integrating new technology and learning techniques to interpret and compile data. Growing up on a farm taught him how to work hard and he isn't afraid of getting his hands dirty. Wyatt is also FLIR Level I Certified to complement our aerial thermal inspection services.
Wyatt can be found fishing, camping, hiking, and playing many sports when he's not flying drones, operating cameras or processing massive amounts of data.

David Bowin
With over 25 years in technology related industries, David brings his passion for helping customers achieve bottom line results by adopting innovative solutions to address high priority challenges. In his role as Chief Strategist, David is directly involved in assessing new technologies that influence the services M.A.P. Drones delivers to our clients. David also engages directly with our strategic customers to ensure that the opportunities they have to positively impact their operating success are clearly understood and have measurable outcomes that can be tracked to the services delivered by M.A.P Drones.
When David is 'off-the-clock' you will usually find him enjoying the outdoors, and his passion for mountain biking and hiking.
